The following are procedures that must be followed to obtain a Special Events Permit to perform a pyrotechnic display in the Northlake Fire Protection District Area.
- Application – At least 15 days prior to the scheduled event, a completed application must be received by the Fire Chief.
- Site Visit – Upon receipt of the completed application and all required documentation, a site visit will be arranged. The permit will not be issued until the proposed site has been inspected by the Fire Chief or his designee.
- Apply for Permit – Upon approval, the approved application may be presented to the City of Northlake for a Special Event Permit. Permits are issued by the City of Northlake at 55 E North Ave.
